1. Business Nature & Product Authenticity

izma Textile Handloom is a genuine manufacturing unit. Every saree, suit piece, and fabric is individually woven and finished by handloom artisans. Natural slubs, subtle unevenness in weave, and texture variations are natural hallmarks of pure handloom fibers (Tussar, Munga, and Linen) and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

2. Color & Display Variation Disclaimer (19-20 Ka Farak)

We photograph all our products under controlled, professional lighting to showcase true colors. However, because different mobile phones, tablets, and computer monitors display colors differently based on screen technology (AMOLED, LCD, brightness settings, color profile, etc.), a slight 19-20 variation in shade/tone between the actual product and the screen image may naturally occur. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this minimal variance.

3. Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

As authentic manufacturers, we operate on direct production costs and honest margins. Please read our return rules carefully:

✔ Return & Replacement Accepted:
  • Returns or replacements are strictly accepted ONLY if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a wrong item was delivered.
  • To claim a defect or damage, the customer must record a single, continuous, uncut parcel unboxing video starting from opening the sealed courier packet.
  • The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and clear photographs.
✖ Returns NOT Accepted (“Pasand Nahi Aaya”):
  • Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted on subjective grounds such as “I changed my mind” or “I do not like the product after delivery.” We provide clear, detailed descriptions of fabric quality, composition, and weave on every product page.
  • Any product that has been worn, washed, ironed, dry-cleaned, altered, or from which tags have been removed will strictly not be accepted.
